Our in-house Research & Development Team is well-equipped to create custom solutions for your customers. Over the last few years, we’ve been able to update all of our delicious recipes to feature no high fructose corn syrup and no partially hydrogenated fats. Our Caramel, Frappe, Toffee and Coconut products are available as Natural Non Genetically Modified products. We have also developed egg-free frappe products that are available as Natural, Sugar- Free or Standard.
We strive to produce the highest quality ingredients on the market. That starts with rigorous quality control throughout every part of our process. Burke Candy is AIB Certified, and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for employee sanitation and hygiene. Our facilities are equipped with a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. Additionally, we conduct daily quality control reviews for each production shift, evaluating products for taste, texture and temperature. Many of our products can be offered as Certified Organic, and all of our products are Kosher certified.
