Walk into the Burke Candy factory on a day when caramel is being made, and you may never want to leave! The buttery sweet smell of cream and vanilla fills the entire building, and it’s not uncommon to see one of our experienced candy-makers conduct a random taste test right off the production line...for “quality control” purposes of course. With the hum of the chocolate waterfall enrober and the mesmerizing choreography of sea salt being sprinkled by hand, it’s easy to see why we’re so passionate about making our fine Gluten Free caramel candies.
