How do I resolve problems with my order?
We respond to customer service issues personally. Can I return an item?
If you receive the incorrect product or the item is damaged, contact us within 3 days after receipt of your package. We will either issue a refund or replace the item at no extra charge. Our products are perishable, so we cannot accept direct returns. Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to customer error.


What if my package does not arrive?

How do I send gifts to multiple addresses?
In order to send to multiple addresses, you can click on the "Add Additional Address" button below the original shipping information. This will bring up an additional address form, but you will have to indicate in the quantity box exactly how many items you want shipped to each specific location.
